HKS Racing Performer GT1000+ '25 Black Chrome 1/43 Scale Resin Model Car Make Up
This is the HKS Racing Performer GT1000+ 2025, produced as a 1/43 scale handmade model car from the EIDOLON series. This model faithfully recreates the actual machine that won the GT-R Class at the globally popular Australian time attack event WTAC in 2014.
The exterior of the HKS Racing Performer GT1000+ features a nearly one-off specification based on a BenSopra body kit modified by HKS. The numerous louvers on the engine hood and front fenders have been recreated with deeply sculpted details. The canards are separate parts from the body, featuring carbon-pattern decals with a clear coating applied over them. The underbody aerodynamic components and vortex regulators are also reproduced as separate parts for sharp, precise detailing.
The wing combines flat photo-etched parts with pressed components, achieving both delicate detailing and rigidity.
The wheels are cast white-metal parts based on master patterns machined from brass, with the spoke shapes and roundness reproduced to the limits of what is possible at 1/43 scale. Through the spokes, the brakes equipped with ENDLESS 6-piston monoblock calipers can also be seen. The exterior's black chrome color is recreated with three layers of paint, while the HKS racing graphics are reproduced with decals. After the clear coating is applied, each model is hand-polished by a craftsman to achieve a mirror-like finish.
